Privacy Policy (Draft)
This draft applies to the Modern Mortgage Authority website and the free live training presented by Tiffany Rose Coaching and Jonathan Ferrell.
1. Status of this document
This is an unreviewed draft prepared for internal review. It is not a published privacy policy and should not be treated as one. Several fields below are not yet confirmed and must be settled with counsel before publication.
2. Fields that are not confirmed
The following must be confirmed before this page is published:
- Final data-controller legal entity
- Registered mailing address
- Privacy contact name and address
- Complete processor and subprocessor list
- Data retention schedule
- Applicable jurisdictions and privacy laws
- Cookie and analytics disclosure
- Sale or share status under state privacy laws
- International transfer safeguards
3. Current state of the forms on this site
The registration form and the contact form on this preview site are non-mutating. They are not connected to any backend, they do not transmit anything, and nothing typed into them is stored or sent anywhere. Once the forms are connected before launch, the practices described below are the planned practices.
4. Information we plan to collect
When registration is live, the form is planned to collect:
- First name and last name
- Business email address
- Mobile phone number (optional)
- Company
- Current role
- Your current marketing or CRM bottleneck, in your own words
- Separate optional consent to receive event reminder text messages
SMS consent is collected separately with an unchecked box. Consent to text messages is not required in order to register for the training.
5. How we plan to use this information
- To register you for the live training and deliver join details
- To send event reminders by email, and by text where you consented
- To deliver the session, including replay availability if offered
- To answer support questions you send us
- To tailor the live content to the bottlenecks attendees report
- To send related educational and marketing email you can opt out of
- To protect the security and integrity of the site and the event
6. Service providers
Registration and communications are planned to be processed through GoHighLevel, the customer relationship and marketing platform used to manage registrations, email, and text reminders. Webinar delivery and any additional processors used for hosting, email delivery, or analytics must be identified and listed here before publication.
7. Retention
A specific retention schedule has not been set. Before publication, this section must state how long registration records, message content, and consent records are kept, and what happens to them afterward.
8. Disclosure of information
Information is planned to be shared only with the service providers needed to run the training and with the hosts presenting it, and where disclosure is legally required. Any assumption that personal information is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising is an assumption only, and it must be verified against the actual platform configuration and confirmed with counsel before this page is published.
9. Security
We intend to use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information collected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no guarantee of absolute security is made.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. The exact set of rights depends on which privacy laws apply, which is not yet confirmed. Requests can be submitted through the contact page.
11. Marketing opt out
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message. If you opted in to text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about a session you registered for.
12. Children
This site and the training are intended for mortgage professionals who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so it can be removed.
13. International transfers
The service providers used to run the training may process information in countries other than where you live. The specific transfer mechanisms and safeguards that apply have not been confirmed and must be documented before publication.
14. Changes to this policy
This draft may change before publication, and the published version may be updated afterward. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date at the top of the page.
15. Contact
Questions about this draft or about a privacy request can be sent through the contact page. A dedicated privacy contact and mailing address must be added before publication.
This is a generated draft for reference. Have a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction review all legal documents before publishing or countersigning.
