The registration form and the contact form on this preview site are non-mutating. They are not connected to any backend, they do not transmit anything, and nothing typed into them is stored or sent anywhere. Once the forms are connected before launch, the practices described below are the planned practices.

When registration is live, the form is planned to collect:

• First name and last name
• Business email address
• Mobile phone number (optional)
• Company
• Current role
• Your current marketing or CRM bottleneck, in your own words
• Separate optional consent to receive event reminder text messages

SMS consent is collected separately with an unchecked box. Consent to text messages is not required in order to register for the training.

• To send event reminders by email, and by text where you consented
• To deliver the session, including replay availability if offered
• To answer support questions you send us
• To tailor the live content to the bottlenecks attendees report
• To send related educational and marketing email you can opt out of

Registration and communications are planned to be processed through GoHighLevel, the customer relationship and marketing platform used to manage registrations, email, and text reminders. Webinar delivery and any additional processors used for hosting, email delivery, or analytics must be identified and listed here before publication.

A specific retention schedule has not been set. Before publication, this section must state how long registration records, message content, and consent records are kept, and what happens to them afterward.

Information is planned to be shared only with the service providers needed to run the training and with the hosts presenting it, and where disclosure is legally required. Any assumption that personal information is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising is an assumption only, and it must be verified against the actual platform configuration and confirmed with counsel before this page is published.

We intend to use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information collected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no guarantee of absolute security is made.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. The exact set of rights depends on which privacy laws apply, which is not yet confirmed. Requests can be submitted through the contact page.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message. If you opted in to text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about a session you registered for.

This site and the training are intended for mortgage professionals who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so it can be removed.

The service providers used to run the training may process information in countries other than where you live. The specific transfer mechanisms and safeguards that apply have not been confirmed and must be documented before publication.
